The postpartum period is a time when care for the mother often fades into the background once your baby arrives. At Nest & Nourish, I recognise that your recovery, wellbeing and health matter just as much.
The weeks, months and even years after birth can be incredibly beautiful, but they can also feel physically demanding, emotionally overwhelming and deeply exhausting as you adjust to life with a newborn and navigate such a significant shift in identity, hormones, sleep and routine. While tiredness and emotional ups and downs can certainly be common during this stage, that does not mean you should feel unsupported or expected to simply “push through.”
The Fourth Trimester
