Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Changes made with more than 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled without penalty

Cancellations or missed appointments within 24 hours will incur the full consultation fee or will be deducted from your package

Exceptions for extenuating circumstances are at the discretion of the practitioner

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your telehealth appointment, your consultation will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients. The full consultation fee will apply.

Additional Costs

Consultation fees do not include supplements, functional testing, or other recommended products/services and will incur additional costs

Payment

All individual Initial (Adult, Child and Mum’s & Bub’s) and Acute Immune Consultations are payable in full at time of booking. Results Reviews and Follow Up Consultations are payable at time of appointment. All supplements are payable in full to a third party dispensary before being made to order and/or dispatched. Functional Medicine Testing is payable before testing kits are delivered and payment is direct to a third party laboratory. All purchasable downloadable content will be accessible after payment is made in full.

Refunds & Transfers

Nest & Nourish Naturopathy is committed to providing personalised, professional care, with significant time and preparation dedicated to each appointment and treatment plan. Please choose your services carefully, as refunds are generally not available, nor transferable to other individuals, for consultations, consultation packages, functional testing, personalised treatment plans, practitioner-only supplements, custom compounded products or downloadable resources and educational materials.

Appointments may be rescheduled or transferred in accordance with the clinic's booking and cancellation policy. For safety, quality assurance and compliance with Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) guidelines, practitioner-dispensed supplements, herbal medicines, and compounded products cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged once supplied. Medicines and supplements dispensed to one individual cannot legally be re-dispensed to another person.

If you have any concerns regarding a service, product, or consultation experience, please contact the clinic directly. Every reasonable effort will be made to address concerns, clarify misunderstandings, and work towards a fair and appropriate resolution where possible.
